New EIEL Webinar: Riccardo Luporini to Discuss Human Rights-based Climate Litigation

On 20 January 2022, the EIEL Jean Monnet Module will host Dr Riccardo Luporini (Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in International Law at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna) for a webinar on the growing phenomenon of human rights-based climate litigation.
